We’re looking for a positive, enthusiastic and resourceful individual to
join our Commercial Services team as the Sales Support Executive.
What is involved in this role?
As a Sales Support Executive you focus on assisting
the company’s commercial services functions. You’re resourceful, goal-oriented
and possess deep knowledge of distribution and vendor ordering processes. You
have exception organisation skills, a great eye for detail and you’re a
tenacious professional, dedicated to supporting all aspects supporting the
sales function.
You report to the Head of Sales.
Responsibilities
· Focus on providing commercial services support for
both new and existing opportunities with mid-market and enterprise customers.
· Meet or exceed individual and team quarterly key
performance indicators (KPIs), in line with company-wide strategic objectives.
· Provide excellent customer experience by
maintaining high standards, ensuring proper use of a customer-centric approach
and representing the values of Forfusion at all times.
· Ensure Cisco and technology partners' quotes generation is completed accurately
and on time
· Understand and implement compliance with vendor
incentives and rebate programs to maximise company profit and remain
competitive in the marketplace.
· Engage with back-office, operations and procurement
to ensure systems, processes and procedures are as robust and as streamlined as
possible.
· Engage with distribution and technology partners to
ensure timely turnaround of quotations and to effectively manage customer
expectations.
· Excellent customer communications to provide the
best experience and support Senior Account Managers and Business Development
Managers in the development of opportunities.
Requirements

processes and procedures.

customer engagements and opportunities.
· Demonstrate a clear ability to listen and take in
new information, able to interpret instructions from peers and management to
ensure work streams are carried out successfully.
· Able to work well under pressure, doesn't get
flustered and has a clear understanding of their own abilities.
· Able to think for yourself and challenge peers and
customers when required to ensure the correct business outcomes.
· Strong communications skills and stakeholders
relationships.
· Solid understanding of vendor and distribution
ordering tools and processes.
· Customer-service oriented with a strong
problem-solving attitude.
Experience
· 2+ years
achieving or exceeding individual targets working in a sales support role.
· 2+ years
undertaking tasks support Senior Account Managers. Managing run-rate business,
creating basic bill of materials and applying incentives programmes.
· Knowledge of Cisco quoting tool (Cisco Commercial Workspace).
· Experience working with Distributors like TD Synnex, Comstor or Ingram Micro.
· Strong
relationship management experience; ability to interact with people at all
levels of the business with the confidence to influence and negotiate,
including with customers.
· Desired familiarity
with Cisco technologies and services around networking, security, data centre
and collaboration.
Desirable Industry Certifications
· Higher
National Diploma (or equivalent)
