Giving back

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is at the core of Forfusion's culture. Through meaningful partnerships and community initiatives, we’re committed to creating a positive impact while supporting employees in giving back their time and expertise.

Inclusivity remains central to our approach, with a focus on STEM initiatives, supporting veterans, and partnering with charities to help drive progress towards the UN’s 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.

We're proud to have received the King’s Award for Enterprise for Promoting Opportunity in recognition of the success and impact of our Civilian Work Attachment (CWA) programme, supporting service leavers as they transition into civilian careers through valuable industry experience and mentoring opportunities.

The King's Trust

Every young person should have the chance to succeed.

One of the ways we drive meaningful change is through our ongoing partnership with the Newcastle United Foundation (NUF) and The King's Trust (formerly The Prince’s Trust) Teams programme. Extending our support beyond financial contributions, we actively engage with and nurture the talents of young individuals eager to explore the world of IT.

By opening our doors to young people for site visits and work placements, we offer first-hand experience of our company's operations. We aim to cultivate a brighter future for our industry and the talented individuals who aspire to participate in it.
