You will have experience across the full technology project lifecycle, with a demonstrable track record of delivering secure Cisco network solutions to end clients.

Who will succeed in this role?

You will have experience across the full technology project lifecycle, with a demonstrable track record of delivering secure Cisco network solutions to end clients. Experience producing solution designs, through implementation and client sign-off is essential. In addition, you will have experience working as part of a team of engineers delivering large-scale infrastructure solutions in both the commercial and public sectors.

• Have an excellent understanding of the technology industry, including current and emerging digital strategies, solutions and trends.
  
• An excellent understanding of Cisco's network and security solutions and their integration with other Cisco technologies and mixed vendor environments.
  
• Possess situational awareness to adapt and solve challenges from both business and technology perspectives.
  
• Display an ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic operational execution and delivery, including strong client-facing and team collaboration skills.
  
• Show empathy, curiosity, and a desire to challenge and constantly improve, acquire new skills and drive for results.
  

What knowledge, qualifications and experience are required?

• Cisco CCNP Security or CCNP Enterprise.
  
• 5 years + of design and delivery experience of Cisco networks and security solutions, including integrations into wider LAN/WAN, DC and Cloud architectures.
  
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco security solutions including: Cisco+ Secure Connect, SASE, ISE, Umbrella, AMP, FTD/NGFW/ASA.
  
• A good understanding of secure Software Defined Networking technologies, including SD-WAN/Viptela and SD-A using DNA-C.
  
• Excellent communicator who builds and maintains effective relationships with customers and peers.
  
• Excellent documentation skills, with the expertise to produce clear and accurate designs.
  
• Ability to deliver against deadlines and meet client SLAs.
