You're comfortable working as part of a team of engineers to deliver support services into public sector organisations. You understand how to deliver outstanding customer service, managing customer incidents and service requests within defined SLAs and KPIs.
For this role, the client requires additional security checks to be carried out on you, so the successful individual must already hold or be eligible to hold a UK DV level clearance.

To be eligible for this role, you will have the following knowledge, qualifications and experience:
- CCNA minimum.
- DV Security clearance.
- 3 years + experience supporting Cisco networks and security solutions.
- Experience in a NOC or SOC environment, providing monitoring, management and SWIM services for Cisco networks and applications.
- A good understanding of the following Cisco solutions and applications: DNA-C, Prime Infrastructure, Umbrella and AnyConnect.
- A good understanding of products such as Catalyst, ISR/ASR, ASA/FTD and ISE.
- Excellent communicator, able to build and maintain effective relationships with both customers and peers.
- Excellent documentation skills, able to produce clear and accurate designs and documentation.
- Ability to deliver against deadlines and within client SLA’s.
